Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, adaptABLE is a Medicare B provider and also accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and Neighborhood Health Plan. If you would like to use adaptABLE as an out of network provider through your commercial insurance plan, we are more than happy to provide you with a "Super Bill" to get reimbursed on your own, but please note that you may have an out of pocket cost that is higher than working with an in-network physical therapist.

What if I don't want to get adaptABLE's services reimbursed by my insurance? 

As long as you do not have Medicare Health Insurance, we can provide our services at our private pay rate. If you choose this method, we will request payment in full at time of service. We offer our services at a discounted rate for private pay clients through out Equipment Package.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards at the time of service.
